ANGELA HAS BEEN NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER FOR OVER 25 YEARS WITH NUMEROUS CERTIFICATIONS. SHE HAS TAUGHT KICKBOXING CLASSES, MANAGED NUMEROUS FITNESS CLUBS AND HAS GUIDED PRIVATE GYM OWNERS WITH THE OPENING OF THEIR STUDIOS. ANGELA'S PASSION HAS ALWAYS BEEN WORKING ONE-ON-ONE WITH PEOPLE. SHE ENJOYS HELPING PEOPLE MOVE BETTER AND FEEL BETTER. SHE TAILORS EACH PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY TO HER CLIENTS NEEDS. ANGELA BELIEVES EXERCISE SHOULD BE FUN AND LIKES TO MIX THINGS UP.

If needed, I will work with my clients health professionals to help guide them safely. From beginner to expert, ages 14+, my workouts are designed to be challenging and fun. I offer a complimentary 30 minute assessment to anyone who is interested in training with me.

Flexibility/Balance Training

I incorporate flexibility and balance training into all of my clients programs. It allows for easier and deeper movements while building strength and stability. It helps increase range of motion throughout the joints, aiding in the prevention of injuries.
